Keep checking back, I should have this thing updated sometime over the weekend. I'm sure you all want to hear about my Mardi Gras experiences. I've been quite busy so I haven't had time to tell those tales. I do have time to tell them now but I am way to tired. Looks like I'll be sleeping by 8:45 tonight. I'll be getting up at 4:30 to hit the pool in the morning. Ah yes, this life of mine, 'tis the battle i love.
I will tell you this though, I went to an Indian(as in India) restaurant for dinner tonight, it seems that I do like Indian food that doesn't have much curry. Now I know.

My top Finger Lickin' BBQ Joints
***NOTE: The following is a list of my favorite RIB joints and are ranked according to the ribs. So if you are looking for a list of butts, shoulders, or sandwiches, this ain't the place for you.
1. Archibalds, Northport AL. - It's a shack, seriously.
2. Dreamland, Tuscaloosa AL. - Ain't nothing like 'em, nowhere!
3. The Brick Pit, Mobile AL. Hard to find but worth the search.
4. The Commissary, Germantown TN. Who woulda thunk you could find such deliciousness way out in the burbs?
5. The Tin Roof, Natchitoches LA. "Tin Roof! Rusted", a true BBQ Love Shack.
6. Central BBQ, Memphis TN. Centrally located on Central Ave. at the center of the BBQ universe, and delicious too.
Unfortunately, I have yet to find a Great BBQ joint in the NOLA/BR area. There is a good kentucky style BBQ place in River Ridge but I don't recall the name- I think it's called Hillbilly BBQ" or something like that.

I don't think I've ever seen an Indian (native american) restaurant before, but thanks for the clarification.
The only thing I really know about native americans is that they know how to live off the land, especially land that has casinos on them...and that they called corn, "maize". So other than having "maize" on the menu, I wonder what would be on the menu at a native american restaurant...
